Service Policy Information
- Hair must be pre-detangled prior to your appointment. This includes clients who have.
- Recently removed braided styles (hair must be thoroughly detangled before arrival).
- Worn ponytails, buns, or other styles for an extended period (e.g., a week or more) without combing through their hair.
- Any significant tangling or matting—please come with hair properly combed out to avoid a detangling fee If your hair is not pre-detangled, an additional detangling fee will be applied to your service.
- A $75 deposit is required to secure all appointments. This deposit is non-refundable, but it can be transferred to one (1) rescheduled appointment only, provided at least 24 hours' notice is given.
